This article covers all issues related to station stickers. It includes detailed instructions on where and how to properly install them on the station, as well as what to do in case of vandalism (e.g., stickers being torn off, tagged, or made unreadable). It also addresses how to handle missing or damaged letter stickers (A, B, C, etc.), which are essential for identifying each compartment of the station.

🔧 Required Stickers per Station

Each station must have:

  • 2× Side stickers (placed on each side)

  • 1× Equip Sport front sticker (centered on the front door)

  • 1× Letter sticker (ONLY if the station is labeled as A/B/C...)

Refer to the photos and videos below for visual guidance.

Installation Guidelines

All stickers must be centered and aligned cleanly.

Side Stickers

  • Place each side sticker right above the small vent holes near the bottom of the station.

  • It's normal to place one of the side stickers above the security screw holes. The screws will go through the sticker later.

    Front Sticker (Equip Sport)

  • Place one Equip Sport & Decathlon sticker on the front door, perfectly centered

Letter Stickers (A, B, C...)

We usually add a letter sticker on stations that are close to each other. For example, if 2 stations are in the same park we name them “Preston park Aˮ and “Preston park Bˮ to differentiate them.

  • Letter stickers should be placed in the top-right corner of the front door

Troubleshooting and Maintenance

Missing or Damaged Stickers

  • If any sticker is missing or torn, replace it with a new one.

  • If stickers are vandalized (e.g., tagged or scratched), clean the surface and apply a fresh one in the same position.

Letter Sticker Issues

  • If a letter sticker is missing, verify on Equip Partner if the station is labeled.

  • If yes, reapply the correct letter sticker in the top-right corner.

Always ensure the stickers are visible and not peeling off. Regular visual checks during maintenance visits are recommended.

If you encounter other issues or are unsure, please contact the Equip team or refer to the full installation manual.

Let's ensure our stations always look clean and are easy to identify!
