Experiencing difficulties starting your session on our app? Don't worry, we're here to assist! Follow the instructions below to resolve this issue and fully enjoy your Equip experience.

Read and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Use. Then click on the "Next" button.


This will take you to the instructions for your session. Please read the procedure and click on the "Next" button.


The door will only unlock after the fourth step via Bluetooth when you click on the "Start your session" button.
