Sometimes errors can occur in the equipment return process on our Equip app. Don't worry, we're here to help you resolve this issue and ensure a hassle-free experience with our service.

It seems that the rendering process has not been completed on the application !

If your app is prompting you to return equipment that you have already returned, it's possible that the return process was not completed correctly. We recommend restarting the equipment return process from the beginning. Make sure to go through the entire process, including taking a photo of the equipment return if required.

Once you've completed the return process, please check the status of your reservation to ensure that the equipment has been properly returned and everything is in order. If the issue persists and the app continues to ask you to return the equipment, feel free to contact one of our agents.
