However, if you encounter a situation where the equipment is marked as unavailable or if the station is undergoing maintenance, it may indicate a problem with the hardware, locker, or station itself. Please refer to the following information for guidance on resolving such issues and ensuring a smooth experience during your session.

If the equipment is noted as being unavailable or the station is undergoing maintenance, this indicates a problem with the equipment, the locker or the station.

The equipment is present inside the locker but unavailable?

Reasons :

- The station has a bug -> the station doors won't unlock.

- Equipment is missing -> fin, paddle, etc.
- The equipment inside is damaged -> deflated paddle, deflated balloon, etc.

- A booking has already been made for the coming times.
