We strive to make your Equip Sport experience smooth.

If the equipment is marked as unavailable despite being in the locker, there may be an issue with the equipment or the locker itself.

Common Reasons for Locker Unavailability

  1. Reserved Lockers When a locker is reserved by another user and they haven’t yet accessed it, the app will indicate the locker as unavailable. In this case, the locker can be manually set to active again by support, allowing reservations to be made.

  2. Maintenance Updates If lockers are undergoing maintenance, all equipment stored inside may be temporarily marked as unavailable. This ensures users are prevented from accessing lockers that are not functional at the moment.

Reserved Lockers

When a locker is reserved by another user and they haven’t yet accessed it, the app will indicate the locker as unavailable. The Equip Sport team can manually adjust the status if necessary.

Rest assured, we are aware of the issue and will dispatch a technician as soon as possible to fix it.

Maintenance Updates

If lockers are undergoing maintenance, all equipment stored inside may be temporarily marked as unavailable. This ensures users are prevented from using malfunctioning lockers.
