In the Equip app, when the locker door opens and you notice that an item is missing or defective, the Equip app suggests another locker, provided that your station has other lockers for the same sport.

Here's how to proceed after opening the locker and finding missing or defective equipment :

  1. Close the locker door with the missing or defective equipment inside.

  2. The Equip app will suggest another locker from the same station and for the same sport.

  3. Open the new locker, then close it.

  4. Enjoy your session with us !

You can also contract Equip customer service. When contacting one of our agents by phone, please provide the following information :

  1. The name of the station where you are located !

  2. Your username !

  3. The locker in question !

  4. The missing and/or defective equipment !
