On the Equip application, when the locker door opens and you notice that a piece of equipment is missing or faulty, the Equip application suggests another locker, provided your resort has other lockers for the same sport.

Here's how to proceed once you've opened the locker with the missing or faulty equipment:

  1. Close the door of the locker with the missing or faulty equipment.

  2. The Equip application will suggest another locker for the same station and sport.

  3. Open the new locker, then close it.

  4. Enjoy your session with us.

You can also contact Equip customer service. When contacting one of our agents by telephone, please provide the following information:

  • The name of the station where you are!

  • Your user name!

  • The locker concerned!

  • Missing and/or faulty equipment!
