We are here to assist you in resolving any issues you may encounter while using our Equip stations. If you come across an error message, follow the instructions below carefully to reset the station and continue your session smoothly.
You will find a GREY button under the station that you need to press.
Once you have pressed the button, exit the Equip application, remove the application from your background, then relaunch the Equip application so that it takes into account your manipulation of the station. You can now unlock the station door!
