We are here to assist you in resolving any issues you may encounter while using our Equip stations. If you come across an error message, follow the instructions below carefully to reset the station and continue your session smoothly. For further details, please refer to the following information.

This error message concerns Multisports stations !

MULTISPORTS :

You will find a GREY button under the station that you need to press.

Once you have pressed the button, exit the Equip application, remove the application from your background, then relaunch the Equip application so that it takes into account your manipulation of the station. You can now unlock the station door!

If it still doesn't work after repeated attempts, contact one of our agents.

STAND UP PADDLE :

This error message concerns Multisports stations. If you still receive this message, move closer to the lowest locker and try repeatedly to unlock the door.
