You should have your Bluetooth setting on at all time while using our application. Make sure you are selecting the right locker on the app, that you are in front of the locker, not on the side, and try to get as close as possible to the bottom locker.

We appreciate your patience, and we're here to help you resolve the Bluetooth connectivity issue.

For Apple devices:

  • Access your phone's settings.

  • Scroll down to find the Equip application.

  • Allow the Equip app to access Bluetooth (make sure all buttons are green).

For Android devices :

  • Access your phone's settings.

  • Select Applications.

  • Scroll down to find the Equip application.

  • Go to Authorizations and grant Bluetooth access to the Equip application.

“Your device does not support Bluetooth”

If you've received this message on our app, it means that your phone is not Bluetooth-enabled. To take full advantage of all our device's features, we recommend that you try with another Bluetooth-enabled device.
