If reprogramming your settings doesn’t resolve the issue, you may need to physically reset the station to unlock the door for accessing or returning your equipment at Multisport and Padel Stations.
If you receive a “Bluetooth signal is weaker than usual” error message, check this article first. If the issue persists, you can try resetting the station as a last resort.
You will find a GREY button under the station that you need to press.
Once you have pressed the button:
Exit the Equip application by removing the application from your background.
Relaunch the Equip application and try to open the door once again.
