To open the locker, we need authorization to access Bluetooth on your phone. If you didn’t grant permission initially, please follow these steps:
For Apple devices:
Access your phone's settings.
Scroll down to find the Equip Sport application.
Allow Equip Sport to access Bluetooth.
For Android devices :
Access your phone's settings.
Select "Applications".
Scroll down to find the Equip Sport application.
Go to "Authorizations" and grant Bluetooth access.
If you receive a message “the bluetooth signal is weaker than usual” please consult the article here.
“Your device does not support Bluetooth”
If you've received this message on our app, it means that your phone is not Bluetooth-enabled. To take full advantage of all our device's features, we recommend that you try with another Bluetooth-enabled device.
