"Allow the Equip app to use Bluetooth"

In your settings, make sure that the application has access to Bluetooth, the camera and location !

To adjust your settings correctly, follow the steps explained below.


APPLE :

-> Go to your phone settings

-> Scroll down until you see the Equip's application

-> Allow Equip's application to access all parameters. ALL buttons must be GREEN

ANDROID :

-> Go to your phone settings

-> Select Apps

-> Scroll down until you see the Equip's application

-> Select Permissions

-> Allow the application to access the camera, devices in the vicinity and geolocation.

Once the settings have been updated, go back to the application and try opening the door again.

If it still doesn't work! Go to the bottom locker and unlock the door !


Please note that when a station is in "Maintenance" mode, you cannot use it. We will do our best to get the station up and running again as soon as possible.
