During your session, the app shows your countdown on the “It’s game time!” screen. Tap “Extend session”, choose how much time to add, and confirm. Your session updates immediately.
Two things set the limit: the station’s closing time, which no session can run past, and the equipment you are using.
Free equipment
Without Plus: you can add up to 2 hours in total.
As a Plus member: no limit, other than the station closing time. This is what the extended play time benefit gives you.
Paid equipment
This covers Stand-Up Paddle, padel, pickleball and Premium equipment.
No limit either, again other than the station closing time.
Extra time is billed in 15 minute blocks, each costing a quarter of the hourly rate of the equipment.
You can also book a longer session from the start, by setting the duration when you make the reservation.
The extension screen shows you both the new end time and the station closing time, so you can see what is possible before confirming.
