At Equip, we understand that plans can change, and we're here to make the process of canceling or modifying your reservation as seamless as possible. Whether you need to adjust your schedule or make room for new adventures, we've got you covered.

You can easily cancel a reservation directly from the Equip app. Simply navigate to your upcoming reservations, select the booking you wish to cancel, and follow the prompts to confirm. Rest assured that your refund will be processed within 1 to 10 days, depending on your payment method.

To modify a reservation, please contact one of our agents with the following information:

  • The station name on the app

  • Your phone number

  • The new timetable for your booking​
