  • If the paddle is not in the locker: In this case, the previous customer should return the equipment to the locker as soon as possible. Meanwhile, you can make a new reservation for another available locker.

  • If the paddle is in the locker: If the paddle is present in the locker but the reservation is still active, it may indicate a technical issue or oversight by the previous user.

To resolve this issue, we recommend contacting one of our agents. Our team will be able to check the status of the previous reservation and unlock the locker if necessary. You can then proceed with your reservation with peace of mind.
