If you open a locker and find that a piece of equipment is missing, delfated or broken, please report it to our customer support.
Follow these steps:
Close the door of the locker with the missing or faulty equipment.
Click on “Report an Issue.”
Select “Equipment Missing” or “Equipment is Damaged.”
End your session to complete the reservation.
Afterward, you can book a new reservation in the hopes that the equipment will be functional!
