If you’re using our application to rent and return equipment, it’s essential to follow the correct process to ensure smooth and accurate session tracking. One key step is taking a return photo when placing the equipment back in the locker.

To make returning equipment through our app easy, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Return the equipment to the locker After use, place the equipment in the designated locker, securely and neatly.

  2. Take a photo of the return The app will prompt you to take a photo once the equipment is in the locker. This photo serves as proof of return and ensures your session is closed.

  3. Submit the photo to confirm session end Upload the photo in the app to officially close the rental session.

  4. Verify session closure Check the app to confirm that the session has been successfully marked as completed.

What if you forget the photo?

Without a photo, your session may stay open, and you could receive reminders. Simply contact customer support, and our team can verify the return and close the session manually. Uploading a photo is a mandatory requirement for the app to validate your equipment return and close your session. Without this confirmation, the session remains active in the system. For any issues with session closure, please take steps to resolve it promptly or seek assistance from customer support.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Here are some common issues users face during session closure and how to resolve them:

  • No Upload Confirmation: Ensure a stable internet connection during the photo upload. Retry if the app doesn’t confirm receipt.

  • Blurry or Unclear Photos: Retake the photo ensuring proper lighting and clarity. The app may reject blurry submissions.

  • Session Still Active: If a session remains active despite completing all steps, contact customer support for assistance and provide the photo for manual review.

Best Practices for Avoiding Session Closure Errors

  • Always Capture the Photo: Develop a habit of photographing the locker immediately after returning equipment.

  • Upload Promptly: Do not delay uploading the photo; real-time submissions reduce the chance of errors.

  • Ensure Quality: Use proper angles and lighting to make the locker’s status clear and identifiable.

  • Check App Status: Verify session closure in the app before leaving the premises.

    Enjoy your session!
