You might encounter some issues when returning your equipment, but no worries!

  • You receive an error message like “Operation Time Out,” click here.

  • You see an error such as “Bluetooth signal is weaker than usual,” click here.

If you’re unable to unlock the locker door to end your session, please contact one of our agents right away at: [email protected].

If the issue persists, keep the equipment with you and reach out to customer service to arrange a later return.
