We recommend not leaving personal items in the locker while you use our equipment. If it happens anyway, what to do depends on whether you still have your phone.
You still have your phone
Make a new reservation on that locker in the app and open it again. This is the quickest route and you can do it yourself.
Your phone is inside the locker
This one cannot be solved on the spot, because the reservation belongs to the phone that is locked in. Someone else cannot simply open the locker for you.
Here is what works:
Borrow a phone and contact us through the chat in the app.
We close the session attached to your phone from our side, which is something you cannot do yourself in the app.
The person helping you can then book that locker and open it, so you get your phone back.
Contact us as soon as you notice, we handle these quickly.
