We are excited to share a series of videos to help you dive into the Equip experience! These tutorials guide you in maximizing our stations for an energizing and rewarding workout.
Before starting, ensure that you allowed the Equip App to use your Bluetooth, camera, and location "at all time" on your device.
To unlock your locker and access your equipment, simply follow these steps:
Navigate to 'My Reservations': Open the app and go to the "My Reservations" section, located below the map page.
Locate Your Scheduled Session: Identify your reservation in the list of scheduled sessions and click the "Play" button.
Review Instructions: Carefully read the explanation pages provided and then click on "Next."
When you reach the end of the instructions, the “Start Now” button will appear to open the locker you reserved.
Make sure you are in front of the station, not on the side and that your phone as close as possible to the bottom of the locker when opening.
Once you have finished using the locker, make sure to end your reservation within the app to free it up for other users.
Sometimes, lockers may be temporarily unavailable due to technical or maintenance issues, such as battery problems or equipment malfunctions. If you encounter such issues, try these steps:
