Connection Isssues

Internet

Ensure you have a strong internet connection, as a weak signal can interfere with the app.

Bluetooth

Make sure Bluetooth is enabled and that you have granted Equip Sport permission to use it

  • If you receive a “Bluetooth signal is weaker than usual” message, click here for a solution.

  • If you receive a ”allow the Equip application to use Bluetooth” message, click here for a solution.

Equipment Issues

Deflated

If the paddle is deflated, please reach out to us via our ChatBot in the app immidiately.

Fin

If you face an issue with the fin, please watch this tutorial to help you fix it.

Paddle

If you face an issue with the paddle, please let us know as soon as possible.
