The station or the locker is broken

If a station or a locker door is broken we would appreciate if you contact our customer support immediately via our ChatBot.


When contacting one of our agents, please provide the following information:

  • The name of the station on the application.

  • If the station has been vandalised.

  • If it's the top, middle or bottom locker.

  • A photo or a video of the problem.
