What you can do depends on the equipment. Free Multisport equipment is the exception: once it is booked, it cannot be cancelled.

Once the booking is made it cannot be cancelled, and it cannot be ended remotely. It has to be ended at the station, with the return photo, like any other session.

That is true even if you never opened the locker and never took the equipment out. If you walk away without ending the session, it stays open and you will start getting reminders about it.

If you cannot get back to the station, contact us through the chat in the app and we will end the session for you. Our support team is not online around the clock, so it can take a little while before someone picks it up.

Will you be charged? No. If the locker was never opened, the equipment never left it. Nothing is missing, so there is nothing to bill. The real downside is that the locker stays booked and nobody else can use it, which is why it is worth telling us quickly.

Paid Multisport, Premium and Stand-Up Paddle bookings can be cancelled in “My reservations”: open the booking and tap “Cancel”, up to 24 hours before it starts. Less than 24 hours before, contact us via the chat in the app and we will take care of it.

Cancelling and ending are two different things. A session that has started is never cancelled, it is ended: go to the station, put the equipment back in the locker, close it, and complete the return in the app, return photo included.

If the equipment is back but the session still shows as open, the reminders keep coming. Contact us through the chat and we will close it for you. As long as the equipment is safely back in its locker there are no consequences, but do it the same day if you can: on paid equipment an open session keeps counting.

Once your booking is cancelled or your session is ended, you can book again straight away.
