How to end your reservation ?

We're here to guide you step by step. Follow these instructions to easily and efficiently end your session on the Equip application.

Ending your session correctly in Equip Sport is crucial to ensure your session doesn’t remain active after equipment use, which could cause unnecessary issues.

To end your session, first ensure the clock is counting down to your session. Once visible, click on the purple “End my session” button to start the session closure process.

  1. Unlock the Locker and Return the Equipment: Ensure all used equipment is placed back into the locker. After verifying everything is in order, lock the locker securely.

  2. Take a Clear Photo of the Locker: Using the app, take a photo of the entire locker to serve as confirmation that the equipment has been returned. Make sure the photo is clear and includes all relevant details.

  3. Submit the Confirmation Photo Through the App: Upload the photo within the Equip Sport app by clicking the 'Finish' button. This step is vital as the system requires this evidence to officially end your session.

  4. Rate the Session and Leave any Feedback: Although optional, leaving a session rating and feedback can help improve future services.

The confirmation photo serves as proof of the returned equipment, and it is essential for validating and closing your session. Always ensure the photo upload is successful before exiting the app.
